Billing management
Use your provider’s billing controls for available invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation.
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually according to your selection until cancelled. Annual Stripe plans cost $99.90 for Starter or $199.90 for Pro, charged upfront. Starter includes 30 announcements each month; unused announcements do not roll over. You review and authorize payment on your chosen provider’s secure website. There are no automatic announcement overage charges. Self-service setup and basic support are included, with no setup fee. Free mission and pilot access is authorized by the platform owner. Use the same payment provider for your existing subscription. Contact support before moving a parish between providers to avoid duplicate charges.
Free parish access
Mission churches can register free using a single-use code you authorize. Parish administrators cannot grant their own exemptions.
Selected parish exemption
Removing an exemption requires the parish to activate a paid plan before sending again. Manage any existing paid subscription separately.
Private inquiry inbox
Setup, support, beta access and privacy requests. Status changes are internal; they do not book or charge a customer.
Private problem reports
Owner-only reports from all parishes. Screenshots may contain personal information.
Parish operations
Installation counts describe app participation, not verified people. No directory or family information is collected by this release.
