Using the beta
Parish registration and self-service setup are free during the current beta. App participants join without personal email/password accounts. Administrators must be authorized adults, verify their accounts and act on behalf of their parish.
The service is in beta: features may change, access may be interrupted and beta builds may expire. It is not an emergency notification system. Do not rely on a push notification as proof that a person received or read a message.
Optional guided setup — $200 one time
The standard service includes parish configuration, a 45–60 minute administrator walkthrough, a first-announcement phone check, a quick-start guide and one follow-up. It is optional and separate from any parish subscription.
We agree on your scope, timing and payment arrangements personally before booking. An inquiry form is not a booking or payment authorization. Custom development, ongoing content entry, parish hardware and fees from external providers are not included unless separately agreed.
Provide an authorized representative, public parish information and resources you have permission to publish. A phone with approved beta access is needed for the notification check. Keep administrative passwords and private provider credentials out of inquiry forms.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any guided setup payment. After work begins, contact us to review a refund for the undelivered portion of the agreed scope. If we cannot deliver part of the agreed service, we will refund that undelivered portion.
If timing changes, contact us to arrange another suitable time. A request or missed session does not automatically create a new charge. Any change to the agreed service or price requires your agreement.
Future parish subscriptions
Starter at $10/month for 30 announcements and Pro at $19.99/month for unlimited announcements are planned, not active billing options. Beta participation will not automatically start a subscription or charge a card.
Before paid activation, the checkout will state the price, billing period, cancellation and renewal terms. Owner-authorized mission exemptions can continue after paid subscriptions launch. Subscriptions and guided setup are separate purchases.
Parish content and external services
Parishes are responsible for keeping public information accurate and obtaining permission for contact details, photos and forms. Use the service lawfully, protect administrative access, and send appropriate public announcements.
Calendar, donation and form providers operate under their own terms. Donation payments go to the parish’s selected provider. Cupola Connect does not guarantee third-party availability or receive parish donations through the app’s donation-link feature.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains participation, administrative accounts and contact inquiries. Use Contact & Support for questions, privacy requests, or cancellation discussions.
We may restrict misuse or unauthorized administration. We will communicate material service or pricing changes as appropriate. These terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
