One announcement, one count.

An announcement counts once, regardless of how many subscribed phones receive it. Provider retries do not count again. Starter will have no automatic overage charges; its monthly allowance will follow the subscription billing period.

Pro’s unlimited allowance remains subject to technical rate limits and responsible use. Delivery depends on device permissions and the push provider.

Mission churches are welcome.

Mission churches can receive continuing free access through an owner-authorized exemption. Coordinate with the Cupola Connect owner or your diocese for a private registration code.

Mission exemptions are separate from free beta access, so authorized mission churches can remain free when paid subscriptions launch.

A few common questions

Do parishioners need an account?

No. Open the app, find your parish and tap Join. Administrators and staff use separate verified accounts to manage parish information.

Is parish registration free?

Registration and self-service setup are free during the current beta. Future Starter and Pro subscriptions will require an explicit activation; beta access does not start charges automatically.

Are mission churches free?

Authorized mission churches can receive continuing free access through the Cupola Connect owner or a private registration code coordinated with their diocese.

Do we have to pay the $200 setup fee?

No. Guided setup is optional. You can configure your parish yourself using the free guides and portal.

Who maintains our calendar and parish information?

Your authorized parish team maintains its public Google Calendar, clergy, contacts, forms and donation links. Cupola Connect displays those configured resources.
